Whether it's a wedding, birthday, family reunion, group getaway, fishing trip or anything else in-between, every event is welcome at The Orchard Lodge. A range of spaces are available across Roma Orchard including The Orchard Lodge, Roma Cottage, and campground. Alongside single bookings at The Orchard Lodge, Roma Cottage and the campground individually, we also offer you the option to book the whole property for exclusive access for the duration of your event. A "whole property" booking includes The Orchard Lodge, Roma Cottage, Campground and sole use of the facilities across the property.
Weddings
The grounds of The Orchard Lodge are the perfect blank canvas for you to plan and celebrate your special day. The large grassed area, bordered by Omadale Brook and overlooking the apple orchard, is ideal for marquee's of any size. Alternatively, you can opt for a more relaxed feel with bonfires, bubbles and finger food under the stars. There are limitless photo opportunities across Roma Orchard, including rows of apple trees and paulownia's, the vineyard and stunning backdrops of the mountain ranges that surround Roma Orchard. No matter the milestone celebrated or the group to gather, we can help to make it an event to remember in one of the most stunning locations across the region. There is no event too big or too small for our spaces.

Incredible venue from start to end. The best wedding ever indeed! Magical look and feel, beautiful surroundings, ease and flexibility of choosing vendors as well as fantastic facilities for a great night of accommodation and festivities. Bonfire pit and tents mean you can have up to 60 people stay on the grounds. The pricing is very competitive too.

Honestly hands down the best venue! It was everything we wanted and looking back, there isn't a thing we would change! Still even have people telling us it was the best wedding they've been to. Definitely cant wait to go back and have a weekend out there or someone else's wedding!

We decided we wanted our wedding to be somewhere close to home, but not your “typical” wedding venue. As soon as we visited Roma Orchard, we knew it was absolutely perfect. On-site camping, as well as lodge and cottage accommodation for 38 people…what other venue has that? With over 35 acres exclusively ours for 3 days – it just screamed us!

We both grew up in the Upper Hunter and we wanted a venue we could play music and party into the night – plus somewhere unique that no one had been to before. All our guests said how beautiful the venue was. It was just magical

Honestly could not have asked for a better place to get married, everything was absolutely perfect. If you are after a rustic, boohoo, chill, backyard type wedding this is the venue for you. We had about 70guests and the space was great, super flexible. The photos are amazing.

We spend the weekend at the Roma orchard for our wedding and it was nothing short of amazing the accommodation, the grounds and camping everything was perfect. Definitely will be back
